It’s a Filky Business, Spruce

Shots of yours truly, on stage at the Spruce Winterspringsteen protest concert, in Freewind Post!

We were chiefs of the valley, out in Alterac
The dwarves come chargin’ up the hill, and we roared and sent them back.
Now there’s so much that grind and pick-up dungeons fade away
We got our own epic mounts to ride, and not much time to play.
We stood side by side each one fightin’ for the other
We said until we unsubscribed we’d always be Horde brothers.

Now the same raid every week doesn’t do much for high feelin’,
So some they drift away, one from the guild bank we caught stealin’.
And where once our tabards shone, rub’d with gnomesblood every day
We run our dailies on our own, got those repair bills to pay
And it’s a farm, farm, farm, and there ain’t much cover
With no one runnin’ by your side my Horde brother

On through the glaciers of the dead, past guilds fallen in their tracks
Always spammin’ Recount, and never keepin’ track,
Now I don’t know why I’m here, I don’t know why I logged tonight
If I’ve fallen in a rut, if I should leave it out of sight
I don’t even know why, I don’t why I sent this tell
To see if you were fighting and dying well.

But the clouds are breaking over Wintergrap, like some mystery uncovered
I’ll keep running through the fight, your siege tank on my right,
My Horde brother!
